On view until July 31st, 2026 at Skidmore Contemporary Art in Laguna Beach, California is artist Eric Nash's extraordinary and must see solo exhibition, "California Noir."

Through carefully edited compositions, Nash transforms familiar subjects into quiet, contemplative scenes where light, atmosphere, and architectural forms take center stage. His long-running series of freeway signs has become a defining body of work, elevating these everyday landmarks into enduring symbols of memory, solitude, and the mythology of the American landscape.

Balancing meticulous realism with painterly restraint, Nash's artworks feel both cinematic and timeless. His work has been exhibited extensively, including at the Riverside Art Museum and Tucson Museum of Art, and is held in numerous prominent public and private collections including Delta Air Lines, Pacific Investment Management Company, Beth DeWoody, Ellen DeGeneres & Portia de Rossi, Linda & Jerry Bruckheimer, Mena Suvari, Hilary Duff, Orlando Bloom, James Ellroy, and Jake Bloom.
