Welcome to Supersonic Art (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Supersonic Art website, related services, and all content provided (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Artists whose works are displayed on the Site retain full copyright and ownership rights to their submissions. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights from the artist or from Supersonic Art.

4. Purchases and Transactions

By submitting an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information.
Prices are listed in [currency] and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees may apply.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Return Policy. Refunds and returns will be processed in accordance with that policy.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Supersonic Art is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

6. User Submissions and Content

Ownership: You retain all rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to any content, artwork, or materials you submit or share on the Site. Supersonic Art does not claim ownership of your submissions.
License: By submitting content, you grant Supersonic Art a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote your content solely for the operation, marketing, and promotion of the Site and its services. This license does not diminish your ownership rights.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you submit, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights to grant the above license and that your content does not infringe the rights of others.
Revocation: You may revoke the license at any time by providing written notice. We will make reasonable efforts to remove your content promptly from the Site and promotional materials.

7. Attribution

Supersonic Art endeavors to provide appropriate credit to artists and contributors wherever their works are displayed. However, we do not guarantee that attribution will accompany every use or reproduction.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

Post, upload, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activity.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Supersonic Art disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Supersonic Art and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or any purchases made.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supersonic Art, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of us, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Supersonic Art regarding your use of the Site.
