Born in 1998 in Saint-Pierre, La Réunion, Téo Gueguin-Caillaud—known as Tehow—is a self-taught French artist now based in Nantes. Working across painting, drawing, collage, and writing, he creates a hybrid visual language shaped by intuition and a wide range of artistic influences. Whether on wood, canvas, or paper, his works blend everyday fragments with dreamlike elements, forming narratives that drift between reality and inner psychology.
Tehow’s practice extends beyond the studio into public space, where his collages appear on city walls and remote locations, creating quiet, unexpected encounters for passersby. His art reflects on identity, digital overload, our relationship to nature, mental health, and the human experience in a fractured world.
Through these themes, Tehow constructs emotional and introspective landscapes—spaces where personal memory meets collective tension. He envisions each piece as a resonant mirror, inviting viewers to reinterpret reality through their own inner lens.
